Job summary
Refresco is seeking a OneStream Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom OneStream solutions across FP&A, consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and data management. The role requires strong .NET development, SQL, and data integration experience within enterprise finance ecosystems.
You will build automations, integrate with SAP S/4HANA and other systems, and contribute to deployment, testing, and production support while adhering to secure coding practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/SE/Business Information Systems or comparable discipline.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on with CPM, EPM, or financial systems implementations.
- Experience with OneStream development preferred.
- Experience supporting Finance applications in an enterprise environment.

The OneStream Developer is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. This role ensures that OneStream solutions meet business requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consolidation, Reporting, Forecasting, and Financial Data Management.
The successful candidate will develop custom business functionality, automate financial processes, build integrations with enterprise applications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the OneStream platform. The role requires strong .NET development expertise, database knowledge, and experience with modern software development practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom OneStream solutions.
- Create and enhance Business Rules, Calculations, Workflows, Dashboards, and Data Management processes.
- Develop automation solutions to improve financial processes and reduce manual effort.
- Implement custom functionality using OneStream extensibility features.
- Support enhancements related to Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- Develop custom Business Rules and application extensions using C# and VB.NET.
- Build, test, and deploy .NET-based solutions within the OneStream platform.
- Create automation routines, calculations, and validation logic supporting business requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure coding practices.
- Design and maintain integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- Data Warehouses
- HR Systems
- Treasury Applications
- Other Finance Applications
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and data extraction routines.
- Support master data management and data governance activities.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and integrity across all connected systems.
- Utilize modern development environments including:
- Visual Studio
- Visual Studio Code
- OneStream Developer Studio
- Apply source control and version management using Git.
- Support CI/CD processes and structured release management.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, FP&A, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide third-level technical support for OneStream incidents and enhancements.
- Participate in project initiatives, upgrades, and platform optimization activities.
- Support system audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.

Refresco Beverages Inc. offers the following competitive pay and comprehensive benefits:
Pay Range: $149,000k - $163,900k, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses based on company objectives.
