Job summary

Refresco Beverages Inc. is seeking a Global Enterprise Applications Developer in the corporate Tampa office. You will design, implement, and maintain OneStream CPM solutions, integrate with SAP systems and data warehouses, and drive automation and data integrity across FP&A processes.

The role requires strong .NET development skills (C#, VB.NET), SQL, and experience with modern DevOps practices. This is a hybrid, full-time position offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Position Purpose

The OneStream Developer is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. This role ensures that OneStream solutions meet business requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consolidation, Reporting, Forecasting, and Financial Data Management.

The successful candidate will develop custom business functionality, automate financial processes, build integrations with enterprise applications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the OneStream platform. The role requires strong .NET development expertise, database knowledge, and experience with modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain custom OneStream solutions.
• Create and enhance Business Rules, Calculations, Workflows, Dashboards, and Data Management processes.
• Develop automation solutions to improve financial processes and reduce manual effort.
• Implement custom functionality using OneStream extensibility features.
• Support enhancements related to Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.

Technical Development

• Develop custom Business Rules and application extensions using C# and VB.NET.
• Build, test, and deploy .NET-based solutions within the OneStream platform.
• Create automation routines, calculations, and validation logic supporting business requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure coding practices.

Data Integration & Data Management

• Design and maintain integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems such as:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP ECC
