Job summary

University of Delaware is seeking a Director of University International Enrollment to provide strategic leadership for global enrollment initiatives. The role reports to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment & Access and steers international recruitment across undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience at a leadership level in international education preferred.
• Strong skills in communication and organization.
• Ability to travel outside the US for recruitment and partnerships.
• Experience developing and delivering international programs with non-US partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead university-wide goals for international enrollment.
• Develop and lead strategic international recruitment plan for international enrollment.
• Oversee sponsored student recruitment and liaison with sponsoring organizations.
• Collaborate with CGPS to support the university’s global strategy.
• Mentor and support international recruitment staff across programs.
• Cultivate partnerships with non-US institutions and other organizations.
• Advise leadership on marketplace issues affecting international recruitment and enrollment.
• Expand and manage international partnerships and pipelines across levels (Undergraduate, Graduate, ELI, 2+2, 4+1).
• Manage program budgets and staff; oversee contracts related to enrollment and recruitment.
