Newly Weds Foods seeks a seasoned Global Engineering Project Manager to drive multimillion-dollar manufacturing and automation initiatives across international locations and shape the engineering organization.

You will partner with executives, mentor engineers, and manage complex projects that advance innovation, efficiency, and growth globally. This on-site Chicago role requires up to 60% travel and collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 12+ years of project engineering experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in CAD, project management software, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience leading international capital projects from concept to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead international capital budget development and management across facilities.
• Oversee full life cycle of capital projects from concept to start-up.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment proposals and deliveries.
• Mentor regional engineering teams and drive standardization across sites.
