Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join our Luxury Division Program Management Team. You will lead globally distributed, multi-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, acoustic, software, and manufacturing domains, coordinating with our Global Supply Chain and remote engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working within engineering focused teams.
• 1+ years experience in a Product Development role, preferably within consumer electronics.
• 3+ years experience in a Program/Project Manager role.
• Formal training or experience in operations management, supply chain, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• BS in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish and clarify project objectives and ensure teams have guidance and resources.
• Manage project milestones for software and hardware integration.
• Set project budgets and schedules and track performance.
• Identify and manage project risks (technical and other).
• Drive operational efficiency through scalable PM processes and better cross-team communication.
