Bose Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for its Luxury Division Program Management Team. You will lead globally distributed, multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, acoustic, software, and manufacturing domains.

The role requires aligning product development with resourcing and delivery, while guiding projects from concept through launch. Strong communication and risk management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years within engineering focused teams.
• 1+ years in a Product Development role, preferably consumer electronics.
• 3+ years in a Program/Project Manager role.
• Formal training or experience in operations management, supply chain, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• BS in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects through product lifecycle.
• Establish objectives and ensure teams have guidance and resources.
• Manage milestones for software and hardware integration.
• Support new technology platforms, products, and variants.
• Set budgets and schedules; adjust plans to meet constraints.
• Identify and manage technical and other risks.
• Improve processes to increase cross-team communication and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for planning.
• Monitor KPIs and data to drive improvements and decisions.
• Build strong relationships with SMEs, stakeholders, and leadership.
