Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations or engineering operations role.
• Strong planning, resource modeling, and infrastructure utilization knowledge.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems is a plus.
• Experience supporting hiring planning, workforce analytics, and resource allocation.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level insights and presentations.
• Advanced Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis; data visualization via Oracle Analytics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with engineering roadmaps and business goals.
• Support headcount planning and workforce forecasting for growth.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels; proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for analytics.
• Deliver daily consumption reporting to track usage, demand, and KPIs for engineering and leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and scaling risks; provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Promote adoption of tools, processes, and standards to improve visibility into operations and planning.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner teams to align infrastructure with demand signals.
