Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in related disciplines.
• Strong background in designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Experience developing Java and JavaScript cloud‑native packages; React.js a plus.
• Hands‑on coding in Java, C#, Python; expertise with Kafka, RDBMS, NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management to deliver high‑throughput, low‑latency software solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with technology and product teams to deliver high‑impact products.
• Hands‑on architecture, design, development, and testing of platform services.
• Drive robust, compliant technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
• Advocate continual improvement practices – tooling, processes, and reusable components.
• Own an outside‑in perspective on A2A & B2B integrations.
• Promote adoption of modern technologies to meet commercial needs.
• Mentor and hire technical talent.
• Participate in company‑wide architecture and engineering discussions.
• Encourage open‑source contribution and reuse.
