Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic leader to drive partnerships within the Energy sector in the United States. You will manage relationships with Global Systems Integrators, Service Delivery Partners, Cloud providers, and OEMs to accelerate NVIDIA AI-enabled solutions for energy customers.

With 12+ years in complex sales or partner management, you will shape enablement programs, lead high-stakes executive engagements, and influence go-to-market strategies across datacenters and edge deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of complex sales or partner management experience.
• Strong energy sector knowledge (O&G, Power & Utilities).
• Excellent communication and ability to address senior leaders.
• Independent worker with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with modern computing concepts and AI/HPC is a plus.

• Foster strong relationships with energy delivery partners and define a clear enablement strategy.
• Collaborate with partner Energy leadership to devise enablement plans and improve their GPU accelerated computing capabilities.
• Act as liaison between partners and NVIDIA Energy Solution Architects for PoCs, platform porting, and RFQ responses.
• Define business goals, supervise progress, and develop joint go-to-market plans.
• Bridge the gap between partner sales teams and NVIDIA to identify top accounts for joint engagement.

Join our global Energy team at NVIDIA, where we redefine the Oil and Gas, Power, and Utilities sectors with innovative cloud to edge AI and high-performance computing technologies. We are seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, motivated by their passion for Artificial Intelligence and High-Performance Computing and their extensive background in the Energy industry.

As a key member of our Global Energy Team, you will lead business relationships with key Energy delivery partners, including Global Systems Integrators, Service Delivery Partners, Cloud Service Providers, and System OEMs. Together, we will enable these partners to expertly lead with NVIDIA AI-enabled solutions for the Energy industry. From accelerating seismic processing in the cloud to AI-enabled smart meters at the edge of the electric grid, NVIDIA technology is redefining the way in which energy is found, produced, generated, moved, stored and even consumed. This role will be the catalyst to helping our key partners deliver more solutions to energy companies to increase production, lower costs, deliver faster time to outcomes, reduce risk, and lower their carbon footprint.

What You'll Be Doing

• Foster strong business relationships with key Energy delivery partners, ensuring a clear strategy is defined to enable them to provide NVIDIA solutions.

• 12+ years of experience in complex sales or partner business management environments, demonstrating strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and business intuition.
• Strong understand of the Energy landscape and technology needs in O&G and/or Power and Utilities. From datacenter to edge.
• High energy levels, effective communication and written skills.
• Experience addressing senior leaders and large audiences.
• Proactive, creative, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and accomplish tasks on schedule.
• Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to acquire technical knowledge to serve the needs of technology companies.
• Ability to connect effectively with team members at all levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Proven track record of balancing multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
