Job summary

OXEA Corporation in the United States seeks a Global Energy & Catalyst Manager to lead sourcing strategies for Natural Gas, Electricity, Industrial Gases, Catalysts, and Metals across North America and Europe, driving cost competitiveness and supply security.

You will collaborate with Operations, Treasury, Finance, Engineering, and Executive leadership to optimize hedging, supplier relationships, and capital project support in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, supply chain, chemistry, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity management, or category leadership.
  • Experience managing spend categories: Natural Gas, Electricity, Industrial Gases, Catalysts, Precious Metals, Strategic Metals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Natural Gas, Electricity, Industrial Gases, Catalysts, and Precious Metals.
  • Establish category strategies to support growth, competitiveness, resilience and sustainability.
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and global strategic sourcing.
  • Deliver annual savings, value creation, and risk management targets.
  • Lead procurement across North America and Europe; monitor market fundamentals and regulatory developments.
  • Develop hedging strategies for natural gas, electricity, and metals; monitor exposures and mitigation plans.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with market analysis and risk assessments.
  • Negotiate and manage industrial gas and utility supply agreements; ensure reliability and cost competitiveness.
  • Drive supplier relationship management and executive-level reviews; ensure compliance and continuity.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Sustainability, and Leadership as SME on energy, gases, catalysts, and metals.
