Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a talented Employment Counsel to join our growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise on global labor matters and shape policies to support rapid expansion across jurisdictions.

This is a temporary hourly role with remote options for candidates who meet requirements. You will draft contracts, handle investigations, monitor laws, and partner with HR to support headcount planning and onboarding.

Qualifications

J.D. and bar membership in good standing.
Minimum 5 years focused employment law experience.
Familiarity with US federal and California labor laws.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time legal counsel on the full employee lifecycle.
Draft and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, and policies across jurisdictions.
Lead internal investigations with discretion and fairness.
Monitor evolving labor laws and translate into scalable workflows.
Manage outside counsel for employment-related disputes.
Develop training for managers on anti-harassment and wage-hour compliance.
