Job summary

Axiom is seeking Employment Lawyers to advise HR and management on hiring, discipline, and investigations for clients across industries. You’ll counsel on discrimination, wage issues, and employee matters, and help develop HR policies with international reach.

Applicants should have a J.D. from an accredited school and active U.S. state bar, with 5+ years in employment law and strong training experience. The role may involve global considerations and collaboration with foreign counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• 5+ years of employment law experience with preference for large firm and in‑house roles.
• Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, and investigations.
• Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employee matters.
• Develop and update HR policies and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support.
