Axiom is seeking Employment Lawyers to partner with some of the world’s largest companies across industries. As a member of our team, you will advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, terminations, and investigations, plus wage/hour compliance and international employment issues, with opportunities to influence policy and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience, with a preference for both large law firm and in‑house roles.
• Strong employment counseling background (more employment than traditional labor), including wage and hour experience.
• Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training.
• Exposure to international employment issues and working with foreign counsel.
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise HR and management on hiring, discipline, terminations, and investigations.
• Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters.
• Develop and update HR policies and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support.
• Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance.
• Design and deliver HR training on key employment topics.
• Monitor legal developments and update policies, processes, and trainings accordingly.
• Support contracts with employment‑related provisions.
• Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements.
