Our AI workers don’t just communicate – they make decisions, take action, and run operations autonomously across voice, email, and enterprise systems. Born in Y Combinator (S23) and backed by a16z and Base10 with over $60M raised, we power critical operations for global enterprises worldwide.

Our platform is battle-tested in the most demanding environments – where AI has real consequences. We started in logistics, built our own voice stack, models, and orchestration layer from the ground up, and are now bringing that infrastructure to every enterprise that runs the real economy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Global Employer Branding & Events Manager to help us showcase our company culture and attract top-tier talent around the world. In this role, you will be the chief storyteller for our talent brand, blending marketing strategy, event production, and talent acquisition.

You will own our Employer Value Proposition and bring it to life across our digital channels and at high-impact global recruitment events, tech conferences, and university career fairs.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals and hiring needs in various regions across North America, EMEA, APAC, etc.
  • Partner with our design and marketing teams to produce engaging recruitment marketing content, including employee spotlight videos, blog posts, and career site updates.
  • Own and optimize our presence on key talent platforms.
  • Build an internal employee ambassador program, equipping our team members with the tools and content to share their authentic experiences online.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of branding campaigns and platform engagement, using data to continuously optimize our approach.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of our global recruiting event calendar, including industry conferences, hackathons, university fairs, and internal hiring mixers.
  • Handle all event logistics, including vendor negotiations, booth design, swag production, shipping, travel coordination, and on-site management.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and regional business leaders to ensure event messaging is cohesive and staffing is optimized.
  • Ensure every touchpoint at our events delivers a premium, inclusive, and memorable experience for prospective candidates.
  • Establish KPIs for all events such as leads generated, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate and conduct post-event debriefs to measure success and inform future investments.
Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or event management, preferably with a global or multi-regional scope.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale events and conferences from ideation to post-event follow-up.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategy, and content creation tailored for talent attraction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously across different time zones.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 25-30% of the time to oversee major events and activations.
Why join us?
  • Opportunity to work at a high-growth AI startup, backed by top investors.
  • Rapidly growing and backed by top investors including a16z, Y Combinator, and Base10.
  • Ownership & Autonomy – Take full ownership of projects and ship fast.
  • Top‑Tier Compensation – Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup.
  • Comprehensive Benefits – Healthcare, dental, vision coverage.
