You will lead across Talent Acquisition, Global Communications and regions to balance a consistent global brand with local market needs. This visible role guides campaigns and engaging employee stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Bicultural experience in global organizations is preferred.
• Experience leading employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage Baxter's employer brand roadmap and media strategy.
• Lead paid, earned, and owned media strategies for Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with Global Communications to bring the employer brand to life.
• Coordinate with regional teams to reflect local market needs.
• Evolve the global career site and recruitment channels.
• Guide team members, agency partners, and regional contributors.
• Use data to assess brand reputation, campaigns, and media investment.
