Flatiron Health is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to lead global ER, investigations, and policy interpretation. You will advance organizational health, mitigate risk, and scale equitable processes across a diverse workforce.

You will partner with Legal and HRBPs, coach managers, and design scalable ER systems while upholding Flatiron’s values and integrity in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Employee Relations or employment law‑focused HR experience in global or fast‑scaling orgs.
• Deep expertise in employment law across markets we operate (US, UK, DE, Japan).
• Experience managing complex ER matters and investigations with legal/compliance awareness.
• Systems thinking to design and scale repeatable ER processes that reduce risk.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and calm under pressure; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ER case management, investigations, and policy interpretation across the global workforce.
• Coach managers and HRBPs through performance management, discipline, and difficult conversations; provide templates and guidance.
• Serve as escalation point for sensitive employee concerns; collaborate with Legal when needed.
• Develop, update, and enforce ER policies and training aligned with local laws (US/UK/DE/Japan).
• Design scalable ER systems and workflows; ensure clean documentation and audit readiness.
• Identify trends from ER data to inform broader people strategies and risk reduction.
