Job summary

Stryker in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Employee Relations investigator to lead high-volume investigations across US, LATAM, and Canada, partnering with HR and business leaders to strengthen culture and mitigate risk. You’ll provide counsel to HRBPs, deliver training, and analyze data trends to drive improvements.

The role requires bilingual Spanish language skills, at least 6 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to be based within commuting distance of a major Stryker hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Bilingual fluent speaking and writing Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations investigations across multiple regions.
• Conduct investigations for a high-volume portfolio across US, LATAM and Canada.
• Provide counsel and reporting to HRBPs and leadership on investigations.
• Develop trainings for managers and HRBPs on employee relations standards.
• Coordinate with Employment Legal, Compliance and local HR teams.
