Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Global Employee Experience Specialist to develop and facilitate programs that enhance the employee experience across the organization.

You will support the Employee Experience team, create performance support materials, prepare internal reports, and build relationships to drive engagement.

A Brief Overview:

What will you be doing?

The Global Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and facilitating a multitude of Employee Experience programs to support an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Employee Experience team in the design and facilitation of programs
• Creates Performance Support material
  
• Prepares and maintains internal reports
  
• Applies WWT Integrated and Management Leadership tools and concepts
• Cultivates relationships across the entire organization in support of all Employee Experience programs
• Ensures a quality employee experience for all employees by using a professional and service focused approach when handling all inquiries, transactions, and requests.
  

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) is required
• Completion of an internship or rotational program preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600 to $64,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
