Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical/Electronics or Supply Chain; MS/MBA a plus.
• 8+ years in supply chain with electronics commodities.
• Experience with electronics components and connectors.
• Experience with electronics contract manufacturers and pricing negotiations.
• Strong English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and mid-term strategies for assigned commodities.
• Align supplier strategies with long-term sourcing plans.
• Ensure material availability for production and orders.
• Execute BCP by identifying and mitigating supply risks.
• Drive cost reduction via negotiation, benchmarking, and should-be costing.
• Support prototype/qualification material orders and timely delivery.
• Manage supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop new suppliers and contract manufacturers; cross-functional.
• Manage supplier audits, scorecards, and QBRs.
• Support tech transfer and DFM with contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate changes (ECN, NPI) and minimize impact.
• Facilitate problem solving and foster cross-functional relationships.
• Travel at least 25% (domestic/international).
