Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier quality or operational management.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver material cost productivity to reduce cost of goods sold.
- Define and communicate commodity strategies and supply chain improvements.
- Negotiate Master Supply Agreements to maximize value and inventory turns.
- Lead cross-functional teams on quality, price, inventories and availability.
- Monitor supplier performance via scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
