Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years' experience in strategic sourcing, supplier quality or operational management.
• Ability to travel both domestic and internationally, up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver material cost productivity to COGS using continuous improvement.
• Define and communicate commodity and supplier strategies.
• Manage supplier expectations and performance with data analytics.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute agreements with suppliers.
• Champion supplier development and quarterly business reviews.
• Define and communicate the commodity strategy.
• Ensure procurement complies with regulations and laws.
• Evaluate current and new suppliers to improve service levels and total cost.
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements to maximize value.
• Optimize supply chain from suppliers to customers by reducing lead times.
• Lead cross-functional teams on quality, price, inventories and material availability.
• Report on supplier and commodity market analysis.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and maintain supplier scorecards.
