Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, supplier quality or operational management.
- Ability to travel both domestic and internationally, up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Champion supplier development and quarterly business reviews.
- Define and communicate the commodity strategy.
- Ensure procurement compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Evaluate current and new suppliers to improve service levels.
- Negotiate Master Supply Agreements to maximize value and improve inventory turns.
- Optimize supply chain lead times from suppliers to customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams on quality, price, inventories, and material availability.
- Report on supplier and commodity market analysis.
