Job summary

TTI Group, through its Global Electronics Sourcing team, seeks a Global Sourcing Agent to drive strategic sourcing and procurement execution for the Consumer Power Tools business unit in Anderson, SC. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to manage critical semiconductor components and build strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, electrical engineering, or electronics engineering.
• A determined, self-driven, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to react quickly and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of resolving complex issues and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing vendor management support including forecasting, engineering collaboration, quality problem resolution and price negotiations.
• Monitor supplier capacity, global demand, and vendor quality.
• Support resolution of escalated supply shortages.
• Identify and implement supply base improvements to meet production needs.
• Build long-term commercial relationships with strategic suppliers while delivering business metrics.
• Analyze data and generate reports to drive spend visibility and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier selection methodologies and category strategy.
• Develop expertise in manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
