Matic is hiring a Global Sourcing Manager to lead electronics commodity sourcing worldwide. You will drive strategies for ICs, PCBAs, EMS, SoC, and related sub-assemblies while partnering with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and data analytics are essential. The role offers a total compensation package with base salary and equity, plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical or business field and 5+ years in global electronics sourcing.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for electronics commodities.
• Manage supplier selection, contracting, and price negotiations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits for capabilities and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing on sourcing decisions.
• Monitor market trends and develop inventory and capacity ramp plans.
• Draft and negotiate supplier contracts with terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Provide regular reports on sourcing performance and market trends.
