• Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Experience with global sourcing and import/export compliance.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations: handle purchasing of components and consumables for manufacturing and repair.
• Issue and manage purchase orders through ERP systems to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain material master data such as Lead Time, MOQ, Pricing, Vendor Codes.
• Monitor inventory levels and respond to material shortages to keep production flowing.
• Supplier Management: build relationships with global suppliers and evaluate performance.
