Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or industrial facilities.
• Experience with high-, medium-, and low-voltage power systems and UPS.
• Knowledge of data analytics, automation tools, and AI-integrated workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as the international technical specialist for electrical infrastructure systems.
• Develop, maintain, and promote global engineering standards and guidelines.
• Plan, develop, and execute major facilities infrastructure and expansion projects.
• Evaluate system performance to identify improvements reducing risk and cost.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses for complex electrical issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal and external consultants.
• Support global reliability, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
