Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience with electrical power systems: high/medium/low voltage, UPS, protection systems.
• Experience with digital technologies, data analytics, or AI-integrated tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as international technical specialist for electrical infrastructure.
• Develop and promote global engineering standards and guidelines.
• Plan, develop, and execute major facilities infrastructure and expansion projects.
• Evaluate electrical system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses for complex electrical issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external consultants.
• Lead global initiatives related to reliability, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and results.
