Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to drive commissioning activities across multiple project sites. This role requires extensive travel to client locations to ensure successful startup, execution, and contract delivery.

You will establish strong client relationships, mentor engineers, and coordinate with EHS teams to uphold LotusWorks safety culture and quality standards across all deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• NETA and PM certifications preferred.
• Proof of education and certifications will be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to new project sites to initiate electrical commissioning scopes and establish client relationships.
• Travel to existing project sites to assess performance and address commissioning delivery concerns.
• Lead electrical commissioning across planning, startup, testing, and handover.
• Train and mentor commissioning engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and elevate team members into leadership roles during site deployments.
• Ensure safety culture and quality standards across all deployments.
