Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Lead in Lehi, Utah to balance hands-on commissioning with project leadership for mission-critical facilities. You will supervise electrical commissioning, coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients, and ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover of systems.

The role requires 7+ years in electrical commissioning, MV/LV expertise, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining field execution involvement throughout the project

Qualifications

• Journeyman license or electrical engineering degree is required.
• 7+ years in electrical commissioning or mission-critical facilities.
• Medium voltage commissioning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical commissioning from construction to turnover for medium- and low-voltage systems in mission-critical facilities.
• Review drawings, specs, and commissioning docs for compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate commissioning with project teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Witness FAT/SAT, QA/QC, and electrical energization activities.
• Develop and execute commissioning documentation and reports.
• Lead Owner training sessions and support project turnover.
• Promote safety per NFPA 70E and project safety requirements.
