Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced EHS& S Auditor to lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate global audit activities. The role emphasizes leveraging AI and data analytics to strengthen EHS&S systems and process connectivity across departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multinational EHS&S auditing experience, a B.Sc. in a related field, and strong English communication skills. Travel to international sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: B.Sc. in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety) or related field.
• Auditing experience: minimum 5 years in EHS&S with multinational exposure.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with analytics tools to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct EHS&S audits to ensure regulatory and internal standards.
• Coordinate audit schedules across international sites with partners.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and track follow-up.
• Perform nonconformity reviews and root-cause analyses.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends and systemic issues.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to enhance planning and monitoring.
• Drive digital and AI-driven process improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor connectivity of EHS&S systems with other business functions.
• Coach and mentor junior auditors across global sites.
