Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS&S Auditor to lead international audits, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance risk assessment and process connectivity across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Your role involves coordinating schedules, conducting root-cause analyses, and mentoring junior auditors while collaborating with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Auditing experience in EHS&S management with international exposure.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for process/audit data analysis.
• AI-enabled tools experience; validate AI outputs and apply AI responsibly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to work across geographies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct audits to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Coordinate audit schedules across international sites with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans; ensure timely follow-up audits.
• Participate in nonconformity reviews and root cause analysis to address issues.
• Analyze audit data for trends and systemic issues; report findings.
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics to enhance audit planning and risk assessment.
• Identify and implement digital improvements to enhance audit efficiency and insights.
• Monitor process connectivity to support business goals and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching to new auditors at global and site levels.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with collaborators at all levels.
• Develop and maintain process maps illustrating EHS&S interconnections.
