Job summary

Antolin in Howell, MI is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead our safety and regulatory programs on the shop floor. You will develop, implement, and monitor ISO14001-based initiatives, train staff, and coordinate inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in EH&S, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and relevant certifications. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5 years related EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• MIOSHA/OSHA Certification or equivalent experience.
• ISO14001 experience.
• First Aid Responder Certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ISO14001 environmental and safety standards and train staff.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and ensure compliance.
• Manage permits (storm water, air emissions) and update docs.
• Oversee workers' compensation processes and track cases.
• Train employees in EH&S programs and support new hires.
• Maintain waste storage, handling, and disposal records.
• Prepare management reports on health, safety and environmental metrics.
