Job summary

Global Kids, Inc. is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to develop and implement global education and youth development programs with middle and high school students in New York City.

You will write curriculum, co-facilitate workshops, coordinate events like the Global Kids Youth Conference, and collaborate with school staff to meet program goals. This role requires in-person work, Monday–Friday, 2 pm–6 pm, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with interactive, experiential learning and youth development.
• Knowledge of NYC social services for youth and families.
• Experience designing and leading educational workshops.

Responsibilities

• Write curriculum/lesson plans focusing on global content.
• Coordinate and co-facilitate interactive workshops for GK programs.
• Develop content on global issues and 21st-century skills.
• Manage events like the Global Kids Youth Conference.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and retention strategies.
