Job summary

Meta's Edge & Network Services team is seeking experienced Network Engineers to deploy and support our edge, backbone, and CDN infrastructure globally. You will work across project management and network engineering to produce detailed deployment plans, BOMs, and design packages, while leading technical initiatives and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of production traffic.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of IP networking experience, proficiency with BGP/IS-IS/MPLS, Linux-based

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IP networking experience deploying, migrating, and supporting service providers, data center, and/or enterprise networks.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP).
• Experience coordinating hardware installation and configuration; strong Linux networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support global production networks across edge, backbone, and CDN infrastructure.
• Create implementation plans with MOP, BOM, EDP, SOW, and RFE documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide technical leadership during deployments in POPs.
• Drive workflow efficiency through tooling requirements and automation roadmaps.
• Manage partner engineering relationships to meet business needs and ensure timely project completion.
