Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Senior Manager, Global School Partnerships & Early Talent Programs to lead international campus recruitment, internships, cadetships, and apprenticeships for hotel, marine, and operations roles.

You will design scalable programs, build university partnerships, and translate workforce needs into actionable plans, while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and operations teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, education, or organizational development.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in early talent, university relations, talent acquisition programs, workforce development, or related discipline.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing structured early talent programs beyond traditional campus recruitment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and translating workforce needs into practical talent solutions.
• Strong business acumen and project/program management skills, including planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams in a dynamic, international, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic initiatives that build sustainable talent pipelines for shipboard operations and private destinations.
• Lead international school partnerships and early talent pathways including internships, cadetships, and apprenticeships.
• Translate workforce requirements into scalable program models with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Oversee delivery and continuous improvement of school partnerships and early talent programs.
• Establish governance, standard processes, and accountability across internal and external partners.
• Improve end-to-end workflows and candidate experience using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
