Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking affiliate clinical professionals to manage their own caseload on a flexible, contractual basis. You’ll accept cases from Lyra’s global corporate clients, provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling to employees and dependents, and maintain autonomy over your practice hours and volume.

You will benefit from Lyra’s clinical tools, admin support, and ongoing professional training, while delivering evidence-based interventions such as CBT, SFBT, or ACT in an EAP context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Clinical Social Work required.
• Registered with local governing body as psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience with short-term therapy or EAP in a flexible, contractual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling to employees and dependents (typically 1–8 sessions).
• Maintain full autonomy over own caseload and scheduling.
• Utilize Lyra’s secure platform for scheduling, notes, and compliance.
