Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to provide evidence-based care within a nationwide, clinician-led network. You’ll conduct 60-minute video intakes and follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications.

You’ll work with diverse patients in a culturally responsive setting, with flexible scheduling, access to clinical consultations, and Lyra’s 24/7 Care Navigation support to help you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in Illinois; other states a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients.
• Ability to provide care to patients with a full range of diagnoses; in-person options preferred.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe/manage psychiatric medications.
• Follow clinical best-practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
