Timex Group USA, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst, Global Digital eCommerce to partner with Buying and Merchandising, delivering data-driven insights for assortment, pricing, and inventory across regions.

The role connects financial performance to commercial outcomes, ensuring alignment of revenue growth, margin optimization, and customer experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial analysis experience in e-commerce/retail.
• Experience supporting multi-brand and multi-country operations.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, pivots, lookups.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Hyperion ERP systems; SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical rigor, commercial sense, and clear communication.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teammate with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, gross margin, and inventory.
• Support annual plans, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning for global e-commerce.
• Analyze sales performance, margins, and stock across brands and regions.
• Provide actionable insights to drive pricing, assortment, and inventory decisions.
• Deliver standardized and ad hoc reports and executive summaries.
• Partner with Digital, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support new product launches and market entry financial evaluations.
