Job summary

Infostud Group is seeking an energetic eCommerce Coordinator to support our international digital team across multiple markets. You will organize, analyze and translate priorities into local execution, working closely with distributors and markets.

Ideally 2–5 years in eCommerce, digital marketing or related roles, with strong Excel, PowerPoint and data storytelling. You will build clear presentations and trackers to drive actions.

• Ability to analyse and report performance data.
• Ability to create clear graphs, summaries and presentations.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating eCommerce activities and follow-up across multiple international markets.
• Working with distributors to review performance, identify gaps and agree on actions.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly performance analyses and highlighting key trends and opportunities.
• Turning numbers into clear charts, presentations and recommendations.
• Monitoring market performance month-on-month and following up on agreed actions.
• Supporting Digital Shelf Excellence analysis and implementation.
• Helping markets understand where execution can be improved across retailers and online channels.
• Preparing meeting agendas, summaries, action points and trackers.
• Following up consistently with markets, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Creating clear PowerPoint presentations, reports and educational materials.
• Supporting eCommerce pilots and new initiatives.
• Conducting desk research and preparing concise summaries for the team.
• For smaller markets, you may also conduct individual market analyses and help the team understand what is happening across retailers, marketplaces and ePharma channels.
