Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Durable Finance Manager to lead the finance workstream for Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) deals. Based in a flexible location with PST hours, you will build financial models, design sustainable finance mechanisms, and facilitate workshops with government and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience managing multiple complex tasks and with project management.
• Experience with financial analysis and issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance financial strategies for PFP deals.
• Lead preparation of finance materials, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate with government ministries and partners for alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams across in-country and global units.
