Job summary

DMS in Los Angeles is seeking a driven post-production audio professional to mix trailers, TV spots and online content for international broadcasts. You will work from our local facilities, collaborating with Sydney and UK teams to ensure delivery on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in post-production audio, strong Pro Tools skills, experience with iZotope RX, and excellent written and verbal English. Shift-based schedule and a focus on quality will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in a post-production audio role.
• Knowledge of foreign language dubbing is beneficial.
• Experience of mixing short form content.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Solid technical understanding of audio formats required for international broadcast.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Mix content post-produced in-house, including trailers, TV spots and online/social versions, in stereo and surround.
• Perform foreign language dubbing mixing when required.
• Source feature dialogue from spotting scripts.
• Produce International broadcast compliant audio files for layback.
• Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure timing and sync accuracy.
• Assist on mixes for multiple languages and regions as needed.
• Maintain session organization and file naming conventions across projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with audio deliverables and encoders.
• Ensure high-quality audio delivery under tight launch deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sydney and UK offices for cross-region alignment.
