Latham & Watkins is seeking a Global Document Services Lead - Workflow to coordinate departmental workflow, intake requests, and ensure on-time, high-quality document services for attorneys and professionals. The role supports a hybrid/in-office setup across LA, OC, SD, SV or Austin.
Responsibilities include leading complex/multishift requests, managing the ServiceNow queue, and safeguarding confidential information while meeting deadlines.

The Global Document Services Lead - Workflow is an integral part of Latham’s Global Document Services team (GLODOCS). This role will be responsible for the department’s readiness and ability to provide high-quality and on-time delivery of document services to attorneys, paralegals and legal professionals with optimal customer service, while coordinating department workflow, intaking document work requests, clarifying instructions, negotiating deadlines, communicating job statuses, maintaining the ServiceNow job queue, assigning work to team members, assuming project lead role on complex/multishift requests, and assuring that deadlines are met. This role will be located in either ourGlobal Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley or Austin office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
