Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting is actively seeking a Distribution Mobility Planner to support 24/7 joint logistics operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role centers on coordinating real-time movement, force flow, and deployment planning using JOPES/TPFDD to sustain timelines and mission success.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to collaborate with USTRANSCOM, service components, and lift providers while maintaining ITV and DTS visibility.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support 24/7 watch rotations, including nights and holidays.
• Knowledge of joint deployment, distribution operations, and force flow management.
• Experience with JOPES/TPFDD or equivalent planning systems.
• Strong communication skills for leadership briefings and reports.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports JLOC 24/7 watch and provides timely operational reporting for real-time mission needs.
• Coordinates end-to-end synchronization of global distribution for deployment and redeployment.
• Facilitates movement planning for self-deploying units and lift-supported operations.
• Balances force flow using ITV and DTS to optimize deployment throughput.
• Develops deployment plans using TPFDD and coordinates with USTRANSCOM and partners.
