Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, transportation, or logistics.
• Advanced SAP experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and other WMS/TMS or shipping systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping practices, documentation, and Incoterms.
• Ability to use KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international finished-goods distribution, including routing, carrier coordination, shipment execution, tracking, and issue management.
• Develop contingency plans and escalation paths for carrier failures and disruptions.
• Lead international shipping execution and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Ensure accurate shipping documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to reduce cost and improve service and reliability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and others to align plans with demand.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent; provide feedback and coaching to the team.
