Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science, Engineering, or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience owning vendor qualification programs and vendor auditing.
• Experience with eQMS, EDMS, training systems, and regulated platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems supporting supply chain operations.
• Regulatory exposure including FDA/EU inspections and 21 CFR parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and supply chain oversight.
• Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of supplier quality systems and approval processes.
• Drive supplier risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier performance management.
• Build and develop a high-performing global Supplier Quality organization with cross-functional partners.
• Establish KPIs and lead CAPAs to improve supplier quality and reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end quality lifecycle of the Supplier Qualification Program and Approved Supplier List.
• Act as Quality representative for Supply Chain projects and clinical trial shipments.
• Support regulatory submissions documentation related to Supplier Qualification and Supply Chain.
