Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive QA experience.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Vendor qualification programs & audits experience.
• Experience with regulated platforms (eQMS/EDMS).
• Experience with ERP and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Supplier Quality Management program and governance.
• Develop and improve supplier quality systems and processes.
• Drive supplier risk mitigation and cross-functional partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing SQ organization.
• Establish KPIs and drive corrective actions for supplier quality.
• Oversee Supplier Qualification Program and Approved Supplier List.
• Support regulatory inspections and submission documentation.
