Job summary

PROENERGY, a leader in aeroderivative power solutions, seeks a Director of Supplier Development & Quality to oversee global supplier quality strategy and development. You will lead the quality engineering team and drive standardized processes across the supplier base, ensuring readiness for production and NPI success.

You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve quality, delivery, and cost while scaling a resilient supplier network worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PROENERGY’s global Supplier Quality strategy.
• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering organization.
• Establish standardized supplier quality processes, procedures, and governance.
• Drive supplier compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
• Ensure consistent execution of supplier qualification, validation, and approval processes.
