Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Director of Supplier Development & Quality to lead global supplier quality and supplier development strategy, ensuring a world-class supply base for production, aftermarket services, and NPI. The role collaborates with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, and Operations to drive quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities include owning supplier qualification, validation, and approval, establishing supplier scorecards, and leading continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
Experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain leadership (10+ years).
5+ years leading technical teams.
Ability to travel globally (25–40%).
Must be fluent in English; strong communication skills.
US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute PROENERGY’s global Supplier Quality strategy.
Own supplier quality execution across all NPI programs.
Lead implementation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Process Capability methodologies.
Lead and develop Supplier Quality Engineers and Supplier Development Engineers.
