Job summary

Honeywell seeks a strategic Director of Sales Learning & Development to design and execute world-class enablement programs that elevate global sales performance. This role partners with senior sales leadership to build scalable, impact-driven training across Honeywell’s business lines.

The position is based in Charlotte, NC, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Excellence. The ideal candidate will drive adoption, leverage AI-enabled tools, and measure ROI through robust KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Learning & Development or related field.
• 5+ years designing enterprise sales training programs at scale.
• Experience with B2B sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global programs.
• Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic).
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide sales learning strategy.
• Launch scalable training programs to improve win rates and quota attainment.
• Define KPIs and report ROI of learning initiatives.
• Oversee LMS and content tooling (Sales Playbooks, eLearning).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing to align programs.
• Lead onboarding and field readiness across global teams.
