Job summary

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI seeks a Director of Quality - Supplier Development to lead a global quality organization focused on APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness. • Experience with PPAP/DFMEA and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive APQP supplier activities and strengthen supplier accountability to PDP.
• Confirm design readiness by defining production quality requirements through DFMEA and PRDs.
• Reduce launch risk and validate supplier manufacturing processes and controls.
• Improve supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement of controls.
• Identify and mitigate launch readiness risks and production quality issues.
• Track and improve Quality metrics and supplier health.
